中药内服治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的研究

椎动脉型颈椎病(Cervical Spondylotic Vertebral Arteriopa-thy,CSA)是由于颈椎的不稳定,椎间盘侧方的突出以及钩椎关节的增生,直接刺激椎动脉使之痉挛或压迫使之扭曲、狭窄闭塞等,从而产生椎-基底动脉供血不足而导致一系列临床表现,属于祖国医学“眩晕”证的范畴。近年来,有关本病发病、病理、诊断及治疗方面的研究颇多,兹就中药治疗方面的研究综述如下。
