孟氏骨折是儿童常见损伤之一,早期正确复位固定大多能得到满意疗效。但儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折的治疗仍存在一些问题。作者自1995年1月-1999年6月共收治儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折40余例,临床资料完整者27例。疗效满意,报告如下。
