中西医结合治疗胫腓骨远端粉碎性骨折36例

自1997-2000年间,我们采取中西医结合治疗胫腓骨远端粉碎性骨折36例,取得满意疗效,现报告如下。1 临床资料本组36例,男28例,女8例;年龄最小18岁,最大46岁,平均33岁。左侧12例,右侧24例;自高处坠伤6例,车祸伤30例;20例未累及胫骨远端关节面,16例累及胫骨远端关节面。合并踝关节脱位7例。全部病例均在6小时内进行手术。
