改良带蒂含真皮下血管网薄型髂腹股沟皮瓣的应用

手部皮肤缺损修复方法很多,但传统的带蒂髂腹股沟皮瓣仍有其独特的应用范围。我们对其稍加改进,在临床中应用起来尤为满意。我科自1998年以来采用带蒂改良含真皮下血管网超薄型髂腹股沟皮瓣修复手部皮肤缺损23例,效果满意,报告如下。
