经腕横韧带近侧切口显露拇长屈肌腱腕远侧断裂

拇长屈肌腱断裂后近端均有不同程度回缩,有时寻找极其困难。我们于1997年至今以经腕横韧带近侧切口肌腱向远侧递推法显露拇长屈肌腱近侧断端13例,效果满意,介绍如下。
