改良USS椎弓根系统治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折

脊柱爆裂骨折伴截瘫临床多发生于胸腰段,既往采用单纯减压,Harringtong或Luque法内固定治疗,效果欠佳。我院自2000年1月至2001年11月,采用改良的椎弓根系统治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折共45例,其中32例得到平均12个月的随访,效果满意。
