87例儿童肱骨髁上骨折治疗分析

对1997年～2000年中在我院就诊的87例儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床资料分析如下:1临床资料87例中男52例,女35例;年龄3～14岁,平均75岁;伸直型69例,其中尺偏型32例,桡偏型37例;屈曲型18例,其中尺偏型7例,桡偏型11例。87例均为新鲜闭合骨折,其中有15例伴神经症状,就诊后5天内神经症状恢复。2治疗方法21整复手法患者取仰卧位,两助手分别握住伤肢上臂和前臂腕部使掌心向上,作顺势拔伸牵引,矫正重叠移位。若骨折远端旋前(或旋后),则首先使前臂旋后(或旋前)矫正旋转移位。
