西脉髌骨爪治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折

自1999年3月至2001年5月,我科采用西脉髌骨爪治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折12例,疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料本组12例,男8例,女4例;年龄18～73岁,平均433岁。外力因素均为直接暴力,其中车祸伤8例,摔伤4例,合并其他部位伤3例。术中探查:髌骨上下段粉碎性骨折4例,下段粉碎性骨折8例。骨折块最多达10块。手术时间为伤后4小时至12天,平均3天。
