全髋置换术后早期脱位的原因分析与治疗

自1998年2月～1999年12月,实行全髋置换术153例,手术统一使用美国Biomet公司的系列产品。现报告如下：1临床资料本组153侧全髋置换术,共149例,男113例,女36例,其中4例行双侧置换；年龄19～82岁,平均61岁。病因：股骨头缺血性坏死54髋,骨关节炎或关节发育不良36髋,新鲜的股骨颈骨折42髋,陈旧性股骨颈骨折11髋,髋臼骨折5髋,人工股骨头置换术后的翻修术5髋。
