强直性脊柱炎晚期人工全髋置换术疗效分析

我院从1980年～2000年共进行人工全髋置换术225例,其中强直性脊柱炎晚期髋关节骨性关节炎患者31例34髋,占13.78％。经长期随访及总结分析,认为疗效满意,现报告如下。
