两种内固定治疗锁骨外1/3不稳定骨折的疗效观察

我科在1998年2月～2002年2月,共收治了锁骨外1/3不稳定骨折29例,2000年2月之前均采用经关节克氏针内固定,2000年2月后主要采用AO锁骨钩钢板(CHP)内固定,本文报道以上两种内固定方法治疗锁骨外1/3不稳定骨折的疗效。1 临床资料本组29例锁骨外1/3骨折均为NeerⅡ型[1]。其中克氏针固定组17例,男14例,女3例,年龄19～64岁,平均年龄37岁,锁骨钩钢板(CHP)固定组12例,男10例,女2例,年龄20～68岁,平均年龄43岁。
