107例胫腓骨开放性骨折的分类及治疗

随着工业的发达,车辆增多,工伤及车祸事故日益增加,下肢最易遭受损伤,尤其是胫腓骨,且多为开放性损伤。由于受伤为突发性其地点场合不定,组织损伤,污染程度不一,给临床治疗造成了一定困难。我们近五年来收治的胫腓骨开放性骨折107例,共115侧。(部分毁损伤作截肢处理者未统计在内),现将其分类治疗和结果报告如下。
