川芎、丹参注射液液压扩张治疗“冻结肩”的临床疗效观察

“冻结肩”即为肩关节周围炎,病程缠绵,治疗较为棘手。自1991年以来,我们与浙江省医学科学院药理、药剂研究所共同协作,采用中西医结合的方法,将川芎嗪、丹参注射液加适量冰冻生理盐水(0℃～4℃),行肩关节液压扩张术。经临床114例疗效观察与动物药理实验,并设30例单纯冰冻生理盐水治疗对照组比较,疗效满意,现介绍如下。
