摆臂皮牵引固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折

肱骨外科颈骨折多发于老年人,手法整复或手术治疗较少,以避免使肩关节功能恢复更加困难而形成肩关节周围炎,因此固定后早期持久的康复治疗对肩关节功能恢复具有重要意义。Salter[1]提出滑膜关节的持续被动活动(continuous pas-sive　CPM)理论,认为在坚强内固定的基础上早期CPM是预防关节囊外及肌肉粘连的有效方法。摆臂皮牵引固定法利用Salter的CPM理论,达到了早期活动和早期功能恢复的治疗效果。1996年5月～2000年5月我们应用摆臂皮牵引固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折39例,取得了满意疗效。
