经椎弓根内固定技术的应用

King于1948年最早设计出一种螺丝钉，经关节突到达椎弓根，试图通过关节突间的固定，以促进脊柱融合，但未获成功。1959年，Boucher报道用长螺钉经椎弓根到达椎体，用于腰骶椎融合固定，获得良好效果。1963年，法国RoyCamille研制出完整的椎弓根螺钉钢板，治疗不稳定性胸腰椎骨折。此后，经椎弓根内固定技术有了长足进展，并逐步形成以RoyCamille和Steffee为代表的钢板系统和以AO、RF为代表的螺杆系统两大类经椎弓根内固定系统。在我国，继唐天驷引进并改良AO后，也相继开展了这一方面的工作^[1～8].
