DHS与Gamma钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的探讨

1996年9月～1999年9月，我们采用动力髋螺钉DHS与Gamma钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折30例。在随访过程中，基本达到早期活动，无髋内翻畸形，无卧床并发症，双下肢各关节自主活动无明显差异。
