上颈椎失稳的后路减压与融合治疗

自1992年12月～1999年4月,我们采用颅环牵引,后路枕颈、寰枢椎骨减压或非骨性减压,植骨或内固定融合治疗上颈椎失稳取得一定疗效,报告如下。
