老年齿状突骨折(12例)

齿状突骨折常见于70岁以上的老人,而80岁以上老人,大部分的脊柱骨折是齿状突骨折。老年人齿状突骨折在其病理机制和治疗上有其自身的特点,本文将近年来本院收治的12例老年人齿状突骨折的诊治情况作一分析。
