腰椎滑脱单节段复位固定器的临床应用

峡部裂伴腰椎滑脱是引起下腰痛,下肢放射痛的重要原因之一,手术治疗包括椎管减压,复位固定和植骨融合。椎体间植骨融合率高,但手术难度大,椎体复位困难。经椎弓根固定手术相对容易,复位融合率高。
