目的:为了探讨脊柱脊髓损伤早期有效外固定,预防附加损伤。

方法:研究设计一种脊柱牵引装置。该牵引装置特点:自控单臂,拉力为0~40kg,可拆开携带,自重6.5kg。

结果:经62例脊柱脊髓损伤患者早期应用,不完全瘫痪组中,37例脊柱后突畸形变小,41例下肢运动感觉好转,29例做了手术;完全瘫痪组中,8例脊柱后突畸形变小,15例均做了手术。

结论:本牵引装置对脊柱骨折早期既可保持脊柱的稳定性又有复位和防止脊柱再损伤的作用。

A new traction device for the spine
Abstract:

Objective:To explore an effective external fixation method for the treatment of spinal cord injury in early stage and the prevention of extra injury

Methods:A spinal extension apparatus was designed;it is single armed and easy to carry that weights 6 5 kg and the strength is 0~40kg.

Results:62 cases of spinal cord injuries were treated by this extension apparatus.In the group of incomplete paralysis,37 cases of kyphosis deformities became smaller,41 cases had the lower extremity motion functions improved,29 cases had surgery.In the group of complete paralysis,all were treated surgically and 8 cases of kyphosis deformities had improvement.

Conclusion:This extension apparatus not only can keep stability of the spine,but also can achieve reduction and prevent extra injury.
