带蒂骨瓣转移治疗腕舟骨骨不连

目的:报告采用带蒂骨瓣转移治疗腕舟骨骨不连的疗效。

方法:1995～2000年,对48例腕舟骨骨不愈合,采用带血管蒂、筋膜蒂及肌蒂移位治疗。石膏固定3个月,去石膏后辅以康复治疗。

结果:随访7个月～5年,术后46例达骨性愈合,腕部疼痛、无力症状减轻或消失。功能按刘树清评定标准,优良率为95.8%。

结论:带蒂骨瓣成骨作用强,能促进骨折愈合,适用于腕舟骨骨不连的治疗,是一种有效的治疗方法。

Transposition of pedicled bone flap for non-union of carpal scaphiod fracture

Abstract:

Objective:To explore the result of treatment of non union of carpal scaphoid fracture by transfer of pedicled bone flap

Methods:From 1995 to 2000,48 case of non union of carpal scaphoid fracture were treated by transfer of vascular fascial and muscular pedicled bone flap.Postoperative immobilization was instituted for 3 months followed by rehabilitation.

Results:48 cases were followed from 7 months to 5 years.Bone union was achieved in 46 cases,complete relief of the carpal joint pain and powerless were obtained.According to functional evaluation criteria by LIU Shu qing,the total fine rate was 95.8%.

Conclusions:The pedicled bone graft is able to promote healing of the fracture,and is especially suitable in the cases of non union of carpal scaphoid bone.
