目的:比较全髋关节置换术和骨折内固定术治疗中老年股骨颈骨折的疗效。
方法:对55～65岁有移位新鲜股骨颈骨折患者72例的治疗情况进行回顾分析,其中42例行骨折内固定术,30例行全髋关节置换术,进行了住院情况,术后1年,术后3年功能评估。
结果:全髋关节置换组在手术时间,术后早期下床活动等方面具有一定的优越性,但全髋关节置换假体费用较贵,患者术后能够生活自理,从事一般工作,但3年后有2例出现假体松动。骨折内固定组有32例3年后无任何并发症发生,髋关节功能活动良好,且能够从事正常体力劳动。
结论:中老年股骨颈骨折患者手术治疗应首选骨折内固定术治疗。 |

| A comparative study of the results of treatment of femoral neck fracture in the middle age with total hip joint replacement and internal fixation |

Abstract:
Objective:To compare the results of the total hip replacement (THR) and internal fixation (IF) on the treatment of the femoral neck fracture in the middle aged patients
Methods:72 patients (aged from 55 to 65 years) of displaced femoral neck fracture were reviewed.Of them,42 cases were treated with THR and 30 cases with IF;then the hospital information and the functional assessment of 1 and 3 years after operation were compared.
Results:The THR group showed superiority such as shorter operation time and early exercises,but the prosthesis was more expensive and 2 cases had radiological loosening after 3 years.32 cases of the IF group had no complications and can have physical labor after 3 years.
Conclusion:IF is a better method of choice for the treatment of the femoral neck fracture in the middle aged patients. |
