急性髌骨脱位的治疗问题

急性髌骨脱位是一种常见的运动损伤,约占膝关节积血的第二位病因,仅次于前交叉韧带伤^[1]。临床上常表现为膝痛、关节弹响、打软、复发性髌骨脱位或半脱位症以及髌骨关节炎等症状。1主要病因尽管髌骨脱位多发生于直接创伤,但大多数病人以往可能存在习惯性髌骨半脱位病史。股内侧肌群的发育不良导致膝内侧支持韧带的松弛和外侧韧带张力增加,使髌骨倾向外移和脱位。此外,高位髌骨、股骨髁滑车扁平、髌骨发育不良、股骨旋前与胫骨的外旋异常、膝外翻畸形、胫骨结节止点偏外以及全身性韧带松弛症均可能是重要的髌骨脱位前置病理因素。
