“APF”系统即钉杆角椎弓根内固定系统(screw-rod anglepedicle fixation system)是由唐天驷、杨惠林等研制、改进的新型胸腰椎后路经椎弓根内固定器材。我院1995年3月～2000年3月共应用该固定器治疗了33例患者,取得良好疗效。现将病历、影像资料完整并经随访的29例报告如下。
