组合式单侧外固定架在治疗胫骨骨折骨不连中的应用

我科从1998年～2001年5月共收治内外固定失效引起的胫骨骨折骨不连患者40例,均作切开复位植骨术后采用组合式单侧外固定支架固定,取得较为满意效果,报告如下。
