经椎弓根内固定技术治疗胸腰椎骨折在国内已广泛开展,并被诸多学者所公认。较常用的椎弓根钉棒系统就有Dick,RF,AF,CD,Scon,Steffee等10余种[1].主要有手术创伤小、复位满意、固定坚强、安全简便等优点,但也存在着一些问题不容忽视,现就其发生原因及对策综述如下。
