穴位注射配合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病

从1997年8月以来,笔者在临床上应用穴位注射配合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病120例,取得了较好的效果,现介绍如下:1临床资料由于椎动脉型颈椎病的诊断目前存在着较大的争议,本组病例参照《中华人民共和国中医药行业标准》“中医病证诊断疗效标准”及1992年10月在青岛举行的“第二届颈椎病专题座谈会”所确立的“椎动脉型颈椎病诊断疗效标准”。本组120例中男65例,女55例;年龄19～70岁;病程半月～20年。
