血运重建加内固定治疗股骨颈骨折

股骨颈骨折由于解剖结构的特殊性,易发生骨折不愈合及股骨头缺血性坏死。自1991年1月在手术中采取血运重建加内固定方法治疗股骨颈骨折,特别是近来研究设计应用植入血管对接吻合方法,更为确切地重建了股骨头颈部的血运,取得了满意效果,报道如下:1临床资料本组36例,男27例,女9例;年龄12～65岁,平均年龄535岁;均为髋部外伤所致;左侧22例,右侧14例。按骨折部位分型:头下型19例,经颈型17例。新鲜骨折29例,陈旧骨折7例,伴严重骨缺损3例。伤后手术时间5天～5个月。
