颈后路钢丝固定融合治疗寰枢关节脱位

寰枢关节脱位是上颈椎最常见的损伤,若未经及时治疗,其脱位程度常进行性加重,导致脊髓高位受压而危机生命。由于其潜在的危险性大,应积极治疗。自1939年Gallie报告了后路钢丝法行寰枢椎融合术治疗上颈椎失稳症以来,其方法被广泛应用^[1].我科自1993年3月至2000年7月,采用颈后路钢丝固定融合治疗寰枢关节脱位28例,效果良好,现报告分析如下。
