尺骨鹰嘴骨折的张力带效应分析

外伤性尺骨鹰嘴骨折是临床常见的疾病,对此骨折的治疗方法甚多,其中有手法整复、石膏外固定,也有的用单枚螺钉固定,其作用效果不一,且容易引起肘关节活动障碍。我院从1990年7月～1998年12月,应用“张力带克氏针钢丝内固定”治疗35例尺骨鹰嘴骨折,经随访,效果较好,现报道如下。1临床资料11一般资料本组35例中男20例,女15例;年龄10～65岁,平均383岁,左尺骨鹰嘴骨折22例,右尺骨鹰嘴骨折13例;直接暴力伤30例,间接暴力伤5例。12临床表现伤后即感肘部皮肤肿胀、疼痛,活动受限,可及骨擦音。
