改良Mclaughlin固定法治疗髌骨下极骨折

髌骨下极骨折,尤其是其中的粉碎性骨折,往往不易固定,甚至不得不将髌骨下极部分切除。我们从1993～1999年采用改良Mclaughlin固定法治疗髌骨下极骨折25例,既保留了髌骨,又获得了良好的膝关节功能,现报告如下。1临床资料本组25例,男16例,女9例；年龄最大81岁,最小26岁,平均403岁。25例均为髌骨下极骨折,其中粉碎性骨折17例,单纯下极撕脱骨折8例；新鲜骨折23例,陈旧性骨折2例。25例均为闭合性骨折。
