破裂型腰椎间盘突出症的临床特征分析

腰椎间盘由退变向纤维环部分破裂,全层破裂,髓核脱出甚至游离至椎管内的发展是腰突症的病理发展过程。有些外在因素,可能导致此过程的加速,使病情加重甚至出现严重并发症。因此如何避免这些不利因素和选择切实可靠的治疗就显得较为重要。我们从1992～2000年间收治了92例最后由手术证实为破裂型腰椎间盘突出症患者。并对这些病例的临床病史特征进行分析,以探讨可能导致纤维环全层破裂的相关因素。
