目的:观察人工碳纤维治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效并作出评估。
方法:25例肩锁关节脱位患者,包括Ⅱ度7例,Ⅲ度18例,均采用人工碳纤维和张力带双丝线捆扎喙突和锁骨,并用克氏针固定肩锁关节。
结果:术后无一例伤口感染和再脱位发生,其疗效评定按黄公怡标准:优17例,良8例。X线检查:术后喙突—锁骨间距较术前明显减小,与健侧间距基本一致。随访时间6~20个月(平均12个月)。
结论:人工碳纤维治疗肩锁关节脱位是一种有效可靠的手术方法,适用于Ⅲ度完全脱位和部分Ⅱ度不完全脱位患者,有利于早期功能锻炼。 |

Artificial carbon fiber for the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation |

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of artificial carbon fiber for the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation
Methods:Twenty five cases of acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated with kirschner pin integrated with tying up the coracoid to clavicle by tensional double cotton threat with artificial carbon fiber.
Results:Redislocation and infection were not seen.By the method of Huang Gongyi’s criteria of postoperative therapeutic effect,17 out of 25 cases got excellent result and 8 good.After the operation,roentgenogram showed complete reduction of dislocation for all cases.All cases were followed up for 6~20 months(average 12 months).
Conclusion:Artificial carbon fiber is reliable and effective for the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation.The indication for this treatment are all grade Ⅲ A C joint dislocation and some grade Ⅱ subluxation;and the method allowed early function exercise. |
