胶原酶与地塞米松盘外注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症

腰椎间盘突出症是下腰痛最常见的疾病。自1969年哈佛大学药学院神经外科专家Sussman首先报告应用胶原酶注射溶解椎间盘以来，80年代在国内开始广泛临床应用。而1953年Lievre等首先应用氢化考的松行硬膜外封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出，并得到推广应用，但临床上还没有两者联合应用的报道。本科自1995年1月～2000年12月在483例病人中随机分为三组，其中一组盘外注射胶原酶和地塞米松236例，取得良好效果和更少的不良反应。1资料与方法11临床资料男165例，女71例，年龄18～54岁，平均38.6岁。
