髓内植骨单臂外固定架固定治疗前臂骨折骨不连

骨不连是前臂骨折的并发症之一,治疗方法较多,有时疗效并不令人十分满意。自1994～1999年应用髓内植骨单臂外固定架固定治疗前臂骨折骨不连14例,骨不连全部愈合,前臂功能恢复良好。1临床资料本组14例,男9例,女5例,年龄17～62岁,平均39岁,其中尺骨10例,桡骨4例,左侧3例,右侧11例。致伤原因:车祸伤5例,砸伤3例,打击伤4例,机器轧伤2例。病程6～20个月,平均13个月。入院前内固定治疗8例,单纯石膏或夹板治疗6例,其中2例合并有骨感染。
