骨结构重建结合外固定器固定治疗下肢不稳定性骨折

随着单侧多功能外固定器（ADF）的广泛应用，对其临床并发症的报道亦有不少^[1],其中针道感染、松动，骨折端错位或成角畸形，骨愈合障碍，关节僵硬比较常见。为了减少术后并发症的发生，更好更快地恢复肢体功能，自1991年以来，我们对42例下肢严重复杂骨折采用有限内固定、植骨、腓骨移植等方式，恢复骨结构完整性、稳定性，结合单侧多功能外固定器（ADF）适当加压，早期功能锻炼，取得良好疗效。1临床资料本组42例，男35例，女7例；年龄18～65岁，平均33岁。
