带隐神经小腿内侧筋膜皮支皮瓣修复重度虎口挛缩应用体会

自1997年以来,我们采用带隐神经小腿内侧筋膜皮支皮瓣修复重度虎口挛缩7例,重建虎口外形美观,感觉恢复,临床效果满意。现报告如下。1临床资料本组7例,其中男5例,女2例。年龄15～50岁,平均30岁。挤压伤3例,炸伤2例,烧伤1例,辗挫伤继发感染1例。7例中合并大鱼际肌萎缩2例。病程为6个月～3年,平均1年6个月。7例均为单侧虎口挛缩,按顾玉东等对虎口挛缩的分类标准^[1],均属重度虎口挛缩。
