中西医结合介入治疗股骨头缺血坏死

无论什么原因引起的股骨头缺血坏死,至今尚无特效的药物或保守方法能有效地控制其病程发展,人工关节毕竟存在使用寿命的问题,青年患者的确不宜积极或过早更换关节。1998～2000年6月,我们用放射介入方法,灌注尿激酶及川芎嗪等中西药物治疗股骨头缺血坏死,取得良好临床效果,现报告如下。
