肌腱损伤的移植修复

近年来,在临床工作中发现传统的肌腱移植效果不理想。通过对肌腱的结构、营养代谢、愈合机制等问题的研究,使肌腱缺损修复率得以明显提高。本文就移植肌腱的来源、肌腱粘连的预防、组织工程技术与转基因技术等方面进行综述。
