三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症

九十年代中期以来,三维牵引作为保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的一种新方法出现^[1]。因其成本低廉、安全性高、效益可观,在短时间内得到了迅速推广。但是由于对治疗机理缺乏理解,操作中出现滥用和疗效不佳的现象。我院从1995年1月~2000年1月采用三维牵引为主的方法LDH患者1000例,现将治疗中的一点体会总结如下。
