钢丝环扎加纵横张力带内固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折

近年来,由于AO张力带固定方法的应用,使髌骨骨折的疗效有了很大提高,特别是髌骨横行骨折。但是,对髌骨粉碎性骨折,其处理及内固定方法仍未一致,我们设计了钢丝环扎加纵横张力带内固定的方法,自1993年5月~1998年6月,共治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折32例,取得了良好的效果,现报告如下。
