16例膝关节骨巨细胞瘤的外科治疗

1992年3月至2000年1月收治膝关节周围骨巨细胞瘤患者16例,采用彻底切刮病灶后氩气束综合电刀反复烧灼残腔,自体髂骨T型或倒T型植骨,L-梯形加压钢板内固定治疗,经6个月至7年随访,取得满意疗效。
