微创中西医结合治疗(足母)外翻及相关畸形

(足母)外翻(HalluxValgus Deformity,HVD))是一种常见的前足疾患,严重者常合并(足母)囊炎、槌状足、胼胝疼痛等而需要手术治疗。我们从1998年开始引进小切口微创技术治疗HVD及其相关畸形30例,疗效满意,现报道如下。
