中医药治疗骨折后反射交感性营养不良综合征

反射交感性营养不良综合征(Reflect sympathetic dystro-phy syndrome,简称RSDS)主要表现肢体的疼痛、肿胀、关节活动受限;还有局部血管运动异常、皮肤营养改变以及斑点状骨密度降低等。常发生于腕部及足踝部骨折以后。我们自1989年起,运用中医药方法,防治骨折后RSDS,效果满意,现总结报告如下。
