腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar disc herniation,LDH)是骨科临床常见病和多发病,是腰腿痛的常见原因。LDH的分型方法较多[1,2],本文就腰椎间盘突出症的病理及临床分型进行探讨,现简述如下。
