| 补肾益气活血法治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的实验研究 |

目的:探讨补肾益气活血法对大鼠去卵巢试验性骨质疏松模型的治疗作用和疗效作用机制。
方法:40只12月龄SD雌性大白鼠随机等分为:正常组、造模组、中药组和西药组。正常组行假手术,其余三组行卵巢切除术。术后一周给药,满4个月后处死,取腔骨行组织形态学测量,并取血观测其碱性磷酸酶、雌二醇、骨钙素。
结果: 补肾益气活血中药可提高雌二醇水平,降低碱性磷酸酶和骨钙素话性,显著提高骨密度。
结论:补肾益气活血中药通过其性激素样作用来抑制骨吸收和骨转化率,防治绝经后骨质疏松。 |

| Experimental study on the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with tonifying the kidney, invigorating Qi and activating the blood methods |

Abstract:
Objective:study the effects of tonifying the kidney,invigorating Qi and activating the blood Methods for the treatment of experimental osteoporosis of ovariectomied rats models and to explore its mechanism
Methods:40 female SD rats of 12 months age were divided into four group randomly: control group,model group,Chinese drugs treatment group and western medicine treatment group. The rat in control group underwent sham-operation(Sham-O) ,and others ovariectomied. All the rats were given drugs from one week after operation. At 4 weeks after experiment,all the rats were scarified and the samples of tibia were tak-en for histological study. The contents of alkaline phosphatase.femestral and osteocalcin in the blood were also determined.
Results:Compared with other groups,Chinese drugs obviously increased the level of femestral and bone density,as well as decreased the contents of alkaline phosphatase.
Conclusion: The Chinese drugs were effective in preventing and treating postmenopausal osteoporosis by means of inhibiting bone resorption and bone transformation efficiency through its sex hormone actions. |
