推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的概况

腰椎间盘突出症(以下简称LDH)广泛采用推拿按摩、正骨手法治疗。由于推拿、按摩、牵引、正骨手法治疗LDH的方法,类型、流派很多。下面就一些主要、常用的核心手法分别叙述。1 循经推拿法此法是大多数医生在治疗LDH前后采用的方法,对腰腿痛有松解和宣泄作用。王玉兰等^[1]报导,以经络点穴为主治疗LDH.取阿是穴(压痛点)肾俞、腰眼。放射痛至下肢后正中者,取足太阳膀胱经穴为主；偏下肢外侧者,取足少阳胆经穴位为主。
