风湿类疾病中医药研究进展

近些年风湿类疾病在发病机制、早期诊断、治疗方面发展迅速,已经深入到分子、基因水平,力图利用免疫学、分子生物学的理论和方法探明风湿类疾病的病因、发病机制,并发现了一些新的与早期风湿类疾病相关的实验室指标,治疗方法也呈现多样化,一些先进的治疗方法如特异性免疫治疗、基因治疗、骨髓干细胞移植技术正逐步进入到临床试验阶段。风湿类疾病的中医研究近20年来取得了长足的进步,积累了较丰富的临床经验,具有治疗方法多、疗效确切、毒副作用少的特点。
