脊髓型颈椎病非手术疗法选择的临床研究

近10年来我们在采用颈椎后路椎板减压、或前路椎间盘摘除、椎间植骨融合手术治疗髓型颈椎病的同时,对于大部分脊髓型颈椎病的患者,采用手法配合中药治疗,取得了满意的疗效。并着重探讨脊髓型颈椎病非手术疗法选择的临床标准及客观依据。
