内外复合固定治疗不稳定胫腓骨骨折

目的:探讨不稳定性胫腓骨骨折的治疗方法和疗效。

方法:对98例不稳定性胫腓骨骨折采用小切口切开复位螺丝钉内固定加单侧多功能外固定支架骨外联合固定方法治疗。

结果:随访一年以上者62例(平均18个月),骨折全部骨性愈合(平均3.8个月),骨折愈合率100%。外固定钉道感染5例(8.1%)。全组病例切口Ⅰ期愈合。膝、踝关节功能正常。

结论:复合固定创伤小,复位满意,固定可靠,效果好,是治疗不稳定性胫腓骨骨折应选择的方法之一。

A combined method of internal and external fixation for the treatment of unstable tibiofibular fracture

Abstract:

Objective:To explore the method and effect for the treatment of unstable tibiofibular fracture

Methods:98 cases were treated with open reduction using minimal incision and screw fixation;then a unilateral multi functional external fixation apparatus was applied.

Results:62 cases were followed up more than 1 year(the mean period of 18 months);fracture healing occurred in 3.8 months and the healing rate was 100%.5 cases had screw route infection.All the cases healed within grade A resulting in normal function of knee and ankle.

Conclusion:The combined external and internal fixation method for the treatment of unstable tibio fibular fracture was reliable and satisfactory.
